Illness & Injury
We understand that illness or injury can occasionally interrupt training. When this happens, we work with you to protect your sessions while supporting your recovery.
If you are temporarily unable to train due to illness or injury, sessions may be paused or rescheduled with appropriate notice. Extended pauses may require a brief check-in to determine the best way to resume training safely.
Our goal is to support your health while maintaining consistency and structure in your training.
Vacation & Travel
We encourage clients to plan ahead for vacations or travel whenever possible.
With advance notice, we can adjust your training schedule to accommodate time away. In certain cases, sessions may be temporarily paused or reallocated to ensure they are not lost.
Extended time away may require a modified training plan or scheduling adjustment upon return.
A Note on Session Protection
Personal Training is delivered as a structured monthly service. Sessions are designed to be used within the active training period to support consistent progress.
While we do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, sessions are not intended to be banked indefinitely.
Cancellation Policy
Personal Training is delivered as a monthly coaching service and renews automatically to ensure consistency and progress.
Clients may adjust or discontinue their training with advance notice of 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Personal Training, Tandem Training & Small Private Training
To ensure fairness, scheduling consistency, and respect for coach time, the following policy applies to all session-based training services.
24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled training session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions or no-shows, will result in the session being forfeited.
How This Applies by Service Type
Personal Training (1:1)
Late cancellations or missed sessions are counted as used and will not be rescheduled or credited.
Tandem Personal Training
If either client cancels within 24 hours or does not attend, the entire session is forfeited. Sessions cannot be split or reassigned individually.
Small Private Training Sessions
Late cancellations or no-shows result in the session being forfeited, regardless of attendance by other participants.
Illness & Emergencies
We recognize that unexpected situations may arise. However, due to the reserved nature of training time, the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.
In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at the coach’s judgment, but this should not be expected as standard practice.
Why This Policy Exists
Training sessions are reserved specifically for you and your coach. Late cancellations prevent that time from being reallocated and impact scheduling for both coaches and other clients.
This policy helps maintain a consistent, professional training environment for everyone.

Lifestyle Coaching is delivered as an ongoing subscription-based coaching service. Programming, planning, and support continue throughout the active coaching period to ensure consistency, accountability, and appropriate progression.
Illness, Injury, Vacation, and Travel
While we understand that illness, injury, or travel may occasionally affect training execution, coaching services and programming are not paused for these reasons.
Programming continues during periods of illness or travel to allow for:
- Adjustments upon return
- Modified training or recovery-focused guidance when appropriate
- Continuity of coaching oversight
This approach ensures that progress, planning, and accountability remain intact throughout the coaching relationship.
Subscription & Cancellation Notice
Coaching services renew automatically and require 30 days’ written notice to adjust or discontinue.
Because Lifestyle Coaching is a subscription service, active programming and coaching access remain in place during the notice period.
Important Clarification
Lifestyle Coaching is not a session-based service. It is a structured coaching relationship that includes ongoing planning, monitoring, and support regardless of temporary interruptions in training availability.
