0.3 cup Dried Cranberries
0.3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
0.3 cup Sunflower Seeds
20 g Chia Seeds
20 g Daily Cleanse (optional, for extra fibre + micros)
60 g Natural Peanut Butter
0.5 cup Egg Whites
0.5 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Sweetener (Natural Original Canadian Maple Taste) to desired sweetness
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine the oatmeal, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, Daily Cleanse, cinnamon, and protein powder.Add the wet ingredients.
