Session Structure Requirements
To ensure fairness and coaching quality:
- Both clients attend sessions together
- Both clients follow the same session structure and schedule
- Missed sessions cannot be split or reassigned individually
- Changes to the partnership require coach approval
This structure allows sessions to run efficiently while maintaining a high coaching standard.
Important Notes
- Tandem training is a coaching format, not a discounted service
- Sessions are designed to be used within the active training month
- This package does not include nutrition coaching or remote programming
- Clients requiring a higher level of individualization may be better suited for one-on-one Personal Training
Where will we train?
There are two options depending on your requirements.
Langley Location – Bravus Fitness Unit 3/3A 20092 93A Ave Langley, BC V1M 3A5 (By appointment only)
In-Home Studio Promontory Area (By appointment only)
If privacy is very important to you, and you want to maximize the time you have available to train, both locations are private
