I am someone who has struggled with my body and weight my whole life. I’ve experienced the extremes of unhealthy eating and exercise habits, from periods of overindulgence and binge eating to times of severe restriction and overexertion. My own struggles have led me to understand the challenges of both ends of the spectrum, grappling with being overweight and underweight. It took me years of trial and error to cultivate a healthy relationship with fitness and wellness. This personal evolution ignited a passion within me to support others on their own paths to wellness. My goal is to guide individuals towards feeling comfortable and confident in their own bodies, helping them bypass the painful stages I endured.

As a certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach, I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing not only on physical strength but also on mental well-being and overall balance. I tailor each training program to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients, whether they are looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility, or enhance their overall fitness levels.

My training style is dynamic, engaging, and results-driven. I combine a variety of techniques and modalities, including strength training, cardio, HIIT, functional movement, and flexibility exercises, to keep workouts challenging and exciting. I’m also a firm believer in the importance of proper form and technique, ensuring that my clients not only achieve results but also prevent injury and move with efficiency.

Beyond the gym, I’m committed to providing ongoing support and motivation to my clients, helping them stay accountable and stay on track even outside of our training sessions.
