Having struggled with weight fluctuations and unhealthy eating habits for years, I can relate to the difficulties many clients face. Through my own personal growth and overcoming limiting beliefs, I’ve unlocked the ability to live life to the fullest and with purpose. I recently participated in my first bikini competition, which sparked a new chapter in my life. Now, I’m eagerly preparing for a Figure Competition in the fall of 2023, embracing new challenges and pushing my boundaries.
