We call it your Body Transformation Program, because it’s a complete 12 week program covering nutrition, training and lifestyle. No two programs are the same, but they all have one thing in common.

After a detailed consultation, we formulate a nutrition plan perfectly tailored for you. We will then get you started on a training program you can complete on your own at the gym, or at home. Again, this is completely tailored to you. Alternatively, you can purchase personal training sessions at one of our studios. The training is adapted to your current fitness levels, so don’t panic if you have little to no training experience.
Our Body Transformation Program is unique due to the attention to detail and level of expertise of our coaching team. Nothing is left to chance, and the support you will receive will be second to none. We walk you through the whole process, educating you as we go, so you can make informed choices every day that will improve your health and help you lose weight and keep it off.
