Your Premium Competition Prep’ program will begin a min 18 weeks prior to your show date. Individuals aspiring to compete must first discuss their short & long-term goals and any previous experience during a one-on-one consultation.

After a physique assessment, we will design a personalized nutritional profile, weight-training program, conditioning protocols & supplement recommendations. Each component of our multiple phase approach is continuously monitored & updated as needed to ensure you bring your best physique to the stage.

We are only interested in taking on highly dedicated clients who have given themselves enough time to reach the kind of conditioning required for stage.

We will be open and honest with you if you need more or less time to be ready and competitive on stage.
